"I had the pleasure of working with Liza from serenity staging. I listed a beautiful home built in 1922. It had many built-ins and molding typical of that period and set in a very lovely upscale neighborhood.
When getting it ready to sell the seller had done some remodeling to make it more current, but still keeping the beautiful timeless charm of the home. He did a great job and it did look nice . (But it also looked vacant)
I met with Liza.
Liza was amazing. She told me her ideas and what she wanted to do. She told me what she needed from me. We discussed pricing which I thought was very reasonable and she said she’ll be back to stage. She went out of her way to do it for me on a day that she already had booked. She did a double shift and came at night to accommodate me.
I went in the next day to see what she had done, and I almost fell off my shoes!
WOW! What a transformation!! Her vision, her uncanny and unique vision to transform that house into a work of art was amazing. I was very much impressed by the way she took advantage of the natural light. Her use of the natural lighting throughout the house and the sheers just drew you in. Almost every agent that I talked to commented on the staging and how beautiful the staging went with the period of the home some modern and some vintage. I can’t speak highly enough of her, and Needless to say I had over 45 showings and we had an offer within six days. I am very confident that her talent and vision helped sell my house faster
I highly recommend this Stager. I’ve worked with many stagers and she is my new go to girl.
Ironically, the only reason I was lucky enough to come upon. Liza is because my regular stager was going through some issues and was cutting back out of the business. I was frantic. I needed someone at the last minute and Liza stepped in and made it happen even though she was booked
